Ingredients

    *London Broil, 16 oz (remove)
    Butternut Squash, 2 cup, cubes (remove)
    *Onion, White, Fresh, 1 cup (remove)
    Baby Carrots, raw, 10 medium (remove)
    Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced (remove)
    *Soup, Lipton Onion soup mix(1 Packet), 1 serving (remove)
    *Beef Bullion (2 cubes), 1 serving (remove)
    *Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour, 0.25 cup (remove)
    *POTATO, BOILED, PEELED BEFORE BOILING, 2 1/2" DIAMETER, 3 serving (remove)

Directions

peel and chop all vegetables (1in cubes)
trim and chop beef in 1in cubes
brown beef
add everything into crock-pot, add bullion and lipton soup packet. add water to cover. cook 6 to 8 hrs until done. in the last hour, make rue with flour, add to broth until desired thickness.
