Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 Pork tenderloin
    1 cup Wegmans BBQ Sauce
    1/3 cup of cider vinegar

Directions

1. Rinse and dry tenderloin. Place in slow cooker.
2. Mix BBQ Sauce with cider vinegar in a small bowl. Pour over the tenderloin. Lift the tenderloin to make sure a little bit of the sauce gets under it.
3. Put in the slow cooker on low for 6-8 hours.
4. Shred pork with forks. Allow to stand shredded in the sauce for at least 10 minutes before serving.
