Ingredients

    7 1/4 Bonless Chicken Breast
    3/4 oz shredded carrots
    5/8oz sweet pepper
    1 tsp grated ginger
    2 tbsp ketchup
    1 tsp worcestershire sauce
    1/4 tsp apple cider vinegar
    1/4 cup water

Directions

Saute vegetables.
Add chicken and saute for 5 mins
Add ginger.
Mix worcestershire sauce, ketchup and vinegar in water and add to chicken and veges.
Cook for 15 mins or until chicken is tender.

Serving Size: 2- 1/2 cup servings
