Introduction

For anyone who wants a spicy sauce for their bbq'd chicken or pork or whatever.... For anyone who wants a spicy sauce for their bbq'd chicken or pork or whatever....
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    1 sm onion minced
    1 clove garlic, minced
    4 jalapeno peppers minced
    A small can tomato paste
    1 can diet cola
    .25 cup ketchup
    3 tbsp mustard spicy brown
    1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
    1 pinch ground cloves

Directions

Cook minced onion, jalapenos and garlic in saucepan till soft and aromatic. Add the rest of the ingredients (+ .5 cup water if if desired). For less hot, use less peppers (I love it spicy). u can also add Splenda for sweetener or lo-carb ketchup (I don't because it's difficult to find!) or liquid smoke or hot sauce, depending on your tastes... SImmer about 20 minutes.... let cool and enjoy.
