Ingredients

1.5 lbs shrimp
2 tbls greek seasoning
2 tbls olive oil
skewers, to skewer the shrimp with!
4 (8") pita rounds
1/2 cup feta cheese
1 tomato
1 cucumber (but I didn't have it so I put on romaine lettuce and bell pepper)
for the herbed yogurt spread:
1/2 cup low fat yogurt
1 minced garlic clove
3/4 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp chopped mint
2 tsps lemon juice
1/4 tsp pepper
Directions
put the shrimp in a bag with the olive oil and greek seasoning and let marinate for 30 minutes. then grill it.
chop up your veggies and assemble!
for the herbed yogurt spread, mix all the ingredients in a bowl and whisk till creamy!
