hearty good corn bread! hearty good corn bread!
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1 cup corn meal
    1 c whole wheat pastry flour
    4 tbs milled flax seed
    1 tsp baking powder
    .5 tsp baking soda
    .5 tsp salt
    1 cup cream style canned corn
    3/4 cup low fat plain soy milk
    1/2 cup egg beaters or egg white

Directions

mix dry ingredients, add wet, blend well, I add 1 tbs slenda,
spoon into muffin pan (sprayed with non stick cooking spray) bake at 400 for 15 min (until golden and toothpick comes clean)
