Ingredients

    dients Required For Preparing Mutton Pepper Fry

    Mutton – 500gms
    Pepper powder – 1tbsp
    Chopped Onions – 1 cup
    Green chillies – 6
    Chilly powder – 2tbsp
    Garam masala powder – tsp
    Curry leaves – 6to 8
    Turmeric powder – 1tsp
    Mustard seeds – 1tsp
    Ginger – 1tbsp
    Ginger-garlic paste – 1tbsp
    Coriander powder – 2tbsp
    Salt to taste
    Oil for cooking – 1/4 Cup

Directions

Wash the mutton and cut it into small pieces.
Take a pressure cooker and add these mutton pieces to it.
Now add ginger-garlic paste, chilly powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, and salt to it. Allow it for cooking.
Take a pan and heat oil in it. Add mustard seed and fry them until they splutter. Now add the sliced onion pieces, ginger, and green chillies to it and fry the mixture.
Now add the cooked mutton to this mixture and cook it, till it gets roasted.
Now add pepper powder and gram masala powder to this mixture and mix it well.
Fry it well for next 2 minutes, while stirring it continuously.
Take it into a plate and garnish it with curry leaves.
Your Mutton Pepper Fry is ready to serve.

Serving Size: Makes 6 servings of 75 - 80 grams each
