Water, enough to cover peas
4 Cups Green Black Eyed Peas
1/3 Cup Lentils
1/3 Cup Pearled Barley
2 Tbsp Dried Onion Flakes
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp minced Garlic
2 Tsp Salt
Directions
Snap Peas, discarding pods that are not good. Save the peas inside. The really green pods can be cooked into the peas.
Cook peas and onion flakes, making sure there is plenty of water on them. When the peas are tender, add lentils, Barley and seasonings. Cook until tender.
