    1/2 POUND VERY LEAN GROUND PORK
    1/2 POUND VERY LEAN GROUND BEEF
    1 EGG
    1/4 CUP BREAD CRUMBS
    2 TBLS CHOPPED ONION
    2 TBLS FAT FREE HALF & HALF
    ITALIAN SEASONING
    SALT & PEPPER TO TASTE
    HOMEMADE MARINARA (OR SUBSTITUTECANNED)

Directions

COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS (I USE A STAND MIXER) AND FORM SMALL BALLS. SPRAY POT WITH COOKING SPRAY AND BROWN MEATBALLS ON ALL SIDES. COVER WITH MARINARA, (I ADD CHOPPED ONION & BELL PEPPER ALSO).
COOK 1-2 HOURS ON LOW IN COVERED DUTCH OVEN
