Ingredients

    1/2 pound sausage
    1 c onion chopped
    1/2 c celery diced
    1 acorn squash
    1/2 box (6 ounces) stuffing mix
    3/4 c and 2 T water
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions


Suffing for the squash:
brown sausage add onion and celery. add box stuffing mix and water and remove from heat.

Cook squash in a baking dish with a little bit of water for 45 mins at 350 degrees once done add the squash stuffing and bake for a little bit until stuffing is browned
