Introduction
This is great on toast, or any open faced sandwich. I used a one cup food processor to make this. Also, I grind my own peanut butter at the co-op. Ingredients

1/2 medium banana
3 oz. Mori-nu Silken Lite Firm Tofu
3 TBsp fresh ground peanut butter
Pinch of Cinnamon
1/2 pinch nutmeg
Directions
Add all ingredients to food processor
Pulse until blended
Then continuous blending until smooth and creamy and spices are thoroughly mixed in
