    6 oz. can tuna in water, drained
    2 TBSP mayonaise
    1/2 Fuji apple, chopped
    2 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
    1 hard boiled egg, chopped

Directions

Mix all ingredients, serve on bread for sandwich or on salad for extra vegetables.
