Ingredients

    4 cups buttermilk
    4 cupsw whole wheat flour
    1.3 cups white flour
    1 cup brown sugar
    4 tsp baking soda
    1 tsp salt

Directions

Combine dry ingredients and mix. Add liquids and mix well. Separate dough into two greased 9" loaf pans. Bake in 350 degree oven for about an hour.

Note: Recipe is for buttermilk--I use nonfat milk, and lemon juice to make 4 cups.
