    Flour, wheat, General Purpose, Bleached, Enriched 3/4 Qts
    Corn meal 1 1/8 Qts
    Vegetable oil 3 Gal

    Black pepper 1 TBS

Directions

Shift flour before measuring
Dredge fish in mixture of cornmeal, flour, salt, and pepper. shake off excess.
