Ingredients

    1/4 cup diced onion
    1 can of tuna in water, drained
    2 tsp fresh dill
    2tbs Hellmans Mayonnaise
    1 tsp whole grain dijon mustard
    2 sweet dill pickles diced
    2 tsp fresh lemon squeeze lemon juice
    1/4 c shredded cheddar cheese
    2 wheat low carb tortillas

Directions

Combine all ingredients but tortilla. Place tortilla on a cookie sheet top w/ the tuna mixture and bake open faced in oven at 375 for about 5 min. until cheese melts. remove from oven and fold tortilla over.

Serving Size: makes 2 wraps
