Ingredients

    Kidney Beans - 2 cans
    Onions - Sweet or Red - 1 large, chopped
    Tomato Paste - 1 6oz can or 3-4 Red Tomatoes
    Yogurt, plain - .5 cup
    Turmeric - 1 tsp
    Chilli powder - 1 tsp
    Garam masala - 1.5 tsp
    Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
    salt to taste
    Cooking oil - 1-2 tbsp

Directions

Saute onions in cooking oil till golden brown. Add in spices and saute for about 1 minute. Next add tomato paste and let it cook for 10-15 minutes or till paste starts separating from the oil. Add in yogurt and about 1 cup of water( less if you want a thicker curry). Add in kidney beans and let boil for about 10 minutes.
