Ingredients

4 Cups Chopped Pears
3 Cups Flour - I used King Arthur's White Whole Wheat
1 Cups Chopped Pecans
1 tsp. Nutmeg
1 tsp. Cinnamon
2 tsp. Baking Soda
1/2 tsp. Salt
2 Cups Sugar
1 Cup Oil - I used Mott's Cinnamon Applesauce
2 Eggs beaten
1 tsp. Vanilla
Directions
Prepare Bundt Pan (Spray&Flour) Preheat Oven at 350
Mix dry ingredients, Mix wet Ingredients, Stir wet into dry, mix well. Add chopped pears and mix well. Pour into bundt pan and Bake One Hour 15 Minutes.
I enjoy plain but you can frost or sprinkle powdered sugar on top. Enjoy
