3 cups powdered sugar
3 egg whites, room temperature
1 tbsp vanilla extract
2 cups chocolate chips
Directions
1. Pre-heat oven to 350ºF
2. Mix first 3 ingredients together. Stir in chocolate chips.
3. Chill dough for 10 minutes
4. Line cookie sheets with parchment paper (cookies will stick!)
5. Bake for 12-14 minutes until tops are cracked and shiny.
