Ingredients

3 - Ounces Mojo-Creole Marinated Shredded Pork Shoulder (Hot or Cold)
3 - Slices Thinly Sliced Virginia Ham
2 - Sandwich Sliced Dill Pickles
3 - Tsp. Yellow Mustard
3 - Tsp. Mayo (Optional)
2-3 - Slices Swiss Cheese
2 - Tsp. Butter or Margarine
1 - Cuban Bread, cut in half
Directions
1. Cut the Bread down the middle, making sure not to cut all the way through.
2. Put mustard and mayo on both sides, make sure to spread evenly. Don’t spread too thin.
3. Next put pickles on the top and cover with swiss cheese.
4. You may also put swiss cheese on the bottom half.
5. Next put the Virginia Ham on the bottom half, and cover with the shredded pork shoulder.
6. Close the sandwich and toast using a Sandwich Press, or Panini press making sure to spread butter or margarine on the top and bottom of the sandwich. Press until the bread turns light brown and the cheese is melted. (Sandwich will be about ¼ of the original thickness.) You may also use a griddle, making sure to press the sandwich down.
7. Cut the sandwich in half at an angle and ready to eat!!
