Introduction

I threw this together for lunch and had trouble eating just one serving! I threw this together for lunch and had trouble eating just one serving!
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    Tuna, canned in water (1 5 oz. can)
    Light Mayo (2T)
    Apple, chopped into small pieces (I used half a honeycrisp)
    Celery (2 stalks, chopped into small pieces)
    Cashews, lightly salted (approx a quarter cup, crunched up)
    Curry powder (approx 1/2t)

Directions

Mix everything together and let sit in the fridge for at least an hour.

Serving Size: Makes approx 2 cups
