Ingredients

Beef, round steak, cut into strips .75 lb
Zuchini squash, raw, 1 serving
Squash (yellow), 1 cup
Mushrooms, fresh, 2 cup, whole
3 Pepper & Onion Blend, Kroger (frozen) ½ bag/ 2 cups
Ragu Light No Sugar Added Tomato and Basil Spaghetti Sauce, 0.5 cup
(C) Vinegar, Red Wine (Gr Value), 1 tbsp
No Name Season Salt (1/4 tsp serving), 1 tsp
Italian seasoning
Directions
cook meat thoroughly in one skillet, season to taste (I used season salt and generic “Italian” seasoning)
while cooking meat cook pepper/onions in a separate pan/skillet until cooked through but not dried out/crisp
set aside meat in bowl, pour peppers/onions and its juices OVER the steak and let sit while doing rest of cooking
rinse mushrooms, cook whole in pan used for meat, letting them steam until tender
slice squash and zucchini
drain excess moisture off of mushrooms (I used a colander but you can also save it for/as vegetable stock)
add meat/peppers/veggies into the mushroom pan, add ½ cup of spaghetti sauce, mix well.
Cover and let simmer for 5-7 minutes.
Enjoy!
