Ingredients

1 oz of Budding chicken
3 eggs
1/2 medium tomato
1 green onion
1 sweet red pepper
1 banana pepper
1 serving weight watchers mexican shredded cheese
1 tbsp Hormel Real Bacon bits
4 tbsp Miracle Whip Light
Directions
Preheat skillet on medium heat
Dice together onion, peppers, tomato, chicken, place in bowl and mix together with eggs, cheese, and bacon bits.
Spray skillet with non-stick spray and pour mixture into skillet, stirring frequently until done, ABOUT 5 minutes.
Spoon cooked mixture into bowl and toss with miracle whip. Enjoy on Light Whole Grain bread for a sandwich or on crackers, cucumbers, or celery for a yummy snack.
Note** any items may be omitted or other veggies substituted to your taste. It's also good with ham and turkey substituted.
