-1 box pumpkin quick bead, I used Aldi's Baker's Corner
-1 can, 15 oz, canned pumpkin, I used Aldi's Baker's Corner
- 1 C unsweetened applesauce, I took two medium apples and chopped them up then pureed them with a couple tablespoons of water
Directions
---Mix all ingredients together just until moistened. Pour into a lightly sprayed casserole dish. I used that brownie pan with the dividers built in.
---Cook in a preheated oven at 350 for about 40 minutes or until a knife in the center comes out clean.
---Makes 18 servings.
