Ingredients

    1 cup Dannon Light&Fit Nonfat Vanilla yogurt
    2 tbsp Nesquik chocolate powder
    A splash of skim milk
    1 packet of splenda (optional)
    Ice

Directions


Mix yogurt, Nesquik, and splenda in a blender or magic bullet. Add about 2 cups of ice and a splash of milk and blend. Optional: when i eat this as a breakfast smoothie i often add a banana or some raspberries.
