Ingredients

    1 pie crust of your choice
    2 8oz pkgs of FF cream cheese
    1/ c splenda
    2 eggs separated or 1/2 C egg beaters
    1TBSP lemon juice
    1/2 tsp vanilla

Directions

separate eggs. beat egg whites until stiff, set aside. cmbine other ingredients and mix well. fold in egg whites. pour into pie shell and bake at 300 or until knife comes out clean.
