Delicious creamy Broccoli side dish that everyone will love!
The jalapenos add just the right amount of zing to jazz it up, but not overpower it. Compliments the creaminess wonderfully.

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    4 Bunches Fresh Broccoli, washed & cut into bite sized pieces
    1 16 oz Tub of Sour Cream
    1 can Diced Jalapenos, drained
    1/2 Yellow or Sweet Onion, Diced & sauteed
    7 oz Italian Blend Shredded Cheese (any will do)
    4 tsp Chicken Bouillon (to taste)
    Oil for pan & to sautee onions

Directions

Wash & cut broccoli into bite sized pieces. Steam until almost done. Don't over cook. Drain & place in oiled casserol dish (that has lid).
Sautee diced onion.
Pour contents of sour cream into large bowl along with: onions, cheese, jalapenos & Bouillon. Mix & then pour into broccoli. Mix well, cover & bake for 30 mins or until bubbly. Can take lid off last 10 mins to brown if desired.
**Add cooked chicken to it for a complete meal!**
