Introduction

Very Very good bread. Me and my mom LOVE it. You can also use 3/4 cup of splenda instead of the white sugar to make it less in calories. Thats what i do. Very Very good bread. Me and my mom LOVE it. Ingredients

    2 cups chopped apples
    3/4 cup white sugar/or Splenda
    2 tble. canola oil
    1 egg
    1 1/2 cup flour
    1 1/2 tea. baking powder
    1/2 tes. baking soda
    1 tea. ground cinnamon
    1 cup dried cranberries
    1/2 cup walnuts

Directions

Pre-heat oven to 350. Grease 9x5 bread pan. Stir apples, sugar, and oil in a bowl. Mix well. In a separate bowl, mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, and cinnamon. Stir flour mixture into apple mixture. Stir in berries and nuts. Spread batter into lightly greased pan. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. ENJOY!!
