Ingredients

Ground beef, lean, 16 oz (remove)
    Milk, 1%, 1 cup (remove)
White Bread, 1 cup, crumbs (remove)
    Egg, fresh, 2 large (remove)
Parmesan Cheese, grated, .5 cup (remove)
    Salt, 2 tsp (remove)
    Basil, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Parsley, dried, 1 tbsp (remove)
*Ground Black Pepper, 1 tsp (remove)

Directions

Beat eggs, milk, garlic and spices together. Stir in breadcrumbs and cheese. Gently mix with ground beef - try to incorporate well without handling too roughly (this will make the meatballs tough). Make golfball size balls - do not pack too tightly. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet for 20 minutes. You can put them into a pot of red gravy or freeze for later use.

Cook at 350 for 20 min.
