Ingredients

4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
(not frozen)
1/3 each: (cut into rings)
-green bell pepper
-yellow bell pepper
-red bell pepper
4 slices (rings) pineapple
Kikkoman Teriyaki Sauce and Marinade approx 1 cup (divided into 4ths)
Salt & Pepper to Taste
Directions
-First, remove any excess fat from chicken nd rinse under cool water. Then, butterfly-cut each chicken breast and lay open.
-Inside each chicken breast, place one ring each of the bell peppers and the pineapple. Next, pour about 1 T of Teriyaki Sauce into the center of the chicken breast. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and close the breast with toothpicks.
-Repeat this process with each chicken breast.
-Fold aluminum foil into pouches and place each chicken breast inside. Add Teriyaki Sauce to each pouch and seal the edges shut; make a tiny slit in each pouch to "vent".
-Place pouches on hot grill and cook several minutes on each side (turning only once) until chicken reaches appropriate temperature.
-Remove from foil pouches (careful for steam!) and serve!
