Ingredients
-
2 yellow corn tortillas
1/2 of a bell pepper (whichever kind you prefer)
1/2 cup romaine lettuce (shredded)
1/2 cup of fresh mushrooms (chopped)
1/4 cup raw onions (chopped - I only like 1/4 cup...if you put too many it will taste to strong)
1/4 cup of raw tomatoes (chopped)
2 slices Fat Free cheese
1.5 tbsp of salsa
2 tbsp of fat free sour cream
6 Slices Deli turkey/ham (whichever you prefer)
Directions
1. Put one tbsp of sour cream on each tortilla and spread it over the tortilla
2. Break the cheese into strips and layer it on top of the sour cream covered tortilla
3. Take some meat ( I usually use just normal deli meat) and shred it piling it on top of the cheese on the tortilla
4. Start piling veggies on the tortilla in whatever order you like
5. Put both tortillas together and make them into a sandwhich
6. I usually slice the tortillas, when together, into about 6 triangle slices so they're easier to eat
7. Heat in the microwave for 1:30 - 1:45 or until cheese and sour cream is melted
8. Enjoy! =]
*Sometimes I put a bit of mustard on the tortillas with the sour cream....it gives it a little bit of a stronger flavor
