Number of Servings: 1


    1 slice whole wheat bread (whichever brand you prefer)
    1 oz. fat free cottage cheese
    1/2 tbsp ground cinnamon
    1/2 tsp splenda


1. Toast the bread in the toaster
2. Spread the cottage cheese on top of the bread once it's toasted
3. Sprinkle 1/2 tbsp of cinnamon on the cottage cheese
4. Sprinkle 1/2 tsp of splenda on the cottage cheese

* You can also broil this in the oven. If you do this, don't toast the bread and pile all of the ingredients on top of the bread. Then stick it in the oven and broil it. Leave it in there until you think that it is toasted enough.

    This is very good. If you leave off the cinnamon and sweetner and let the cheese melt a little its almost like an open faced grilled cheese sandwich. - 5/8/09

    For a family with no tolerance for sweets,
    Slices of garden tomatoes, covered with cottagecheese, and topped with light pepper. Broiled for 5-14 min, checking every 4 min for desired bread and cheese done-ness
