Ingredients

Store bought or home made crust
filling
1 small onion, chopped
4-5 slices turkey bacon, chopped (or substitute real bacon)
˝ salt
a dash of black pepper
1 tsp fresh thyme
2 large eggs
2 egg whites (or 1/3 cup packaged egg whites)
1 ˝ cups milk
2 tbsp flour
1 ˝ cups grated sharp 2% cheddar

Directions
Pre-cook crust per instructions (do not use raw crust or will be soggy)
Pre-heat oven to 375F
Saute onion in skillet until soft, then add salt, pepper, and thyme. Take them out of the pan, then using the remaining oil (or not), saute your bacon pieces until they’ve reached your desired level of crispiness. Remove from heat.
Add cheese to the bottom of the unbaked crust, then spread the onions and bacon over that. Finally, pour the egg mixture over the top and sprinkle with paprika.
Bake for 35-45 minutes, or until solid in the middle.
