5 South Beach Multi-Grain wraps
1/4 cup chopped onions
1 pound 10% fat - lean ground beef
1 package taco seasoning
1/2 cup water
1 jar Archer Farms (Target) Medium Bean Dip
1 can (8 oz) Green Chile Enchilada Sauce
Directions
Brown onions and ground beef in skillet. Add taco seasoning and 1/2 cup water. Simmer for 2 minutes. Add Bean dip and heat.
In 9' x 12" pan, scoop beef/bean mixture into a wrap. Roll, with seams down. Repeat till all mixture is evenly distributed. 5 burritos will fit neatly in your pan. Open can of green chile sauce and pour over top. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes. Cut each burrito in half - one serving is 2 halves.
