Ingredients

    fat free refried beans
    green chiles (canned)
    diced canned tomatoes
    1 lb ground turkey
    onion or leek
    frozen corn
    chili powder
    paprika
    red pepper
    black pepper
    oil for cooking

Directions

Brown turkey and onion in oil. Add all other ingredients, mix well, simmer 20-25 min.
