Ingredients

    half a medium onion diced
    1 fennel bulb and stalks diced
    2 cloves garlic diced
    1.25 lb ground turkey
    1 slice bread
    1/3 c milk
    1t fennel
    1T red pepper
    1T salt
    1t pepper
    1T honey

Directions

Preheat oven to 375. Saute onion, fennel and garlic over medium low for about 6 minutes. Soak the bread (broken into small pieces) in the milk, after milk is absorbed, chop. Add turkey, vegetables and bread to a large bowl. Sprinkle on spices and mix to combine. Form a loaf in a pan, spritzed with oil. Drizzle honey over top of loaf. Cook till center is 165 degrees (about 25 minutes), on second to bottom setting. Move pan to top of oven and broil for 3 minutes. Let loaf sit for 10 minutes and serve!
