Introduction

Ingredients

4 - Whole Green Peppers
1 can - Campbell's Healthy Request Tomato Soup
1 lb - Ground Turkey
1 cup (dry) - Uncle Ben's Instant Whole Grain Brown Rice
1 cup - Weight Watchers Mexican Style Shredded Cheese
1/2 cup - Fresh Mushroom slices
1/2 cup - Chopped white onion
1 tbsp - Garlic Powder (or to taste)
1 tsp - Salt (or to taste)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Brown Turkey in skillet and drain.
Cook instant rice according to directions.
Mix in a large bowl all of the ingredients (except the Green Peppers - of course)
Cut the tops off of the green peppers and clean out the seeds.
Place the peppers in an 8x8 glass baking dish.
Stuff peppers with mixture from bowl (peppers will be over-flowing and you may have a little of the filling left over)
Put a small amount of water in the bottom of the pan to keep the peppers from drying out and cover it all with aluminum foil. Place in the oven and bake on 350 for 30 minutes.
Remove from oven and enjoy!
