Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    2 medium sized avocados
    2 tbsp. sour cream
    1 tbsp. salsa
    1 splash of lemon juice

Directions

Cut the avocados in half and remove the seed. Spoon the flesh into a small bowl. When all of the flesh is removed, add the remaining ingredients. Mash well with a fork. (The easiest thing to do is just to blend it in a Magic Bullet if you have one!) This recipe will serve about 6 people.

    Tasty. I forgot to add the lemon juice, which would have definitely added a little UMPH! - 12/30/07
