Overnight casserole so breakfast is ready when you wake up. Overnight casserole so breakfast is ready when you wake up.
Number of Servings: 10


    Sweet potato, 4 cup, cubes (remove)
    Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped (remove)
    Egg, fresh, 10 large (remove)
    Milk, 1%, 1 cup (remove)
    Cheddar Cheese, 1 cup, shredded (remove)
    Turkey Ham, .5 package (8 oz) (remove)
    *Oscar Mayer Turkey Hot Dog, 4 serving (remove)
    1 t salt
    1t pepper


Peel and cube sweet potatoes. Place 2 cups on the bottom of a greased slow cooker.
Layer half of the onions and the sliced ham, and half cup of cheese. REpeat layer.

Mix the eggs, salt, pepper and milk and pour over layers in the crockpot.

Cook on low for 8 hours.
