Introduction

I was trying to make something quick, fun, and sweet for my girls on a Saturday morning breakfast. I served it with just scrambled eggs and everyone was full even though the smoothie amount looks small. The brown sugar Splenda gives it a darker color, but I do not like the after taste of regular Splenda. I might try it was Stevia next time. Ingredients

1 cup (or half a 16 oz bag) frozen fruit.
    2 medium bananas
1 cup Horizons Organic plain skim milk yogurt
2 Tbsp. Splenda Brown Sugar blend
1/4 cup Horizons Organic skim milk

Directions

Put everything in the blender. (My kids did it for me after I would give them the measured amount). Put the lid on the blender and pulse till you are ready to hit the liquify button. I did find I needed to stop once and stir the stuff from the top down to the bottom, but that just might be my blender.

Super easy for any age kids to help since there are no knives involved. 6oz was plenty for them and my kids are all over 10 years.

Serving Size: 3 servings of about 6 oz.
