Ingredients

    2 Tilapia Filets
    1 package mushrooms, chopped
    1/2 can sweet yellow corn
    1/2 container frozen peas
    4 T light soy sauce
    4 T BBQ sauce
    2 t olive oil
    2 T honey
    1 T lime juice
    2 t Chili Powder
    2 t Paprika
    1 T garlic powder
    1 t crushed garlic
    1 t ground ginger
    1 T black pepper
    1 whole delicata squash

Directions

place fish in large bowl, add half the spices, 1T of BBQ sauce, and 1 T of honey, 1 T of lime juice, and 2 T of soy sauce. rub onto fish well and let marinade in the refrigirator for one hour.
heat a large pan on medium and add half the olive oil. Place the filets on the pan. brush 1/2 T of BBQ sauce on the fish and let cook for 5 minutes, flip the fish and brush the second 1/2 T of BBQ sauce, let cook for 5 minutes. flip and turn off the heat.

heat another pan and add the other half of olive oil, add veggies and spices, 2 T of BBQ sauce, 1 T of honey and 2 T of soy sauce. mix well and let cook on medium for 7 minutes or until the juices are boiling.

cut delicata squash in half (diagonally), place in a microwavable dish and cook on high for 15 minutes.

serving ideas: pour veggies on top of fish and place squash on the side.
