    2 cup grilled chicken, cut into chunks
    1 cup grapes
    1 small apple, cut into chunks
    3/4 cup jicima
    2/3 cup celery
    1/4 cup pecans, toasted and chopped
    1/4 cup green onions, chopped
    2 T Craisins
    1/4 cup Miracle Whip, Light
    2 T Nakano Rice Vinegar
    2 t sugar

Directions

Cut up first 8 ingredients. Blend Miracle Whip, Vinegar & sugar Pour over Chicken & fruit and Toss.
