I got the base of the resipe from women's health magazine or one of those im not sure I ripped it out. I changed some things like vegetable stock to seafood stock it is lower in calories and taste great, also i added kale for the extra veggies it is great without or with, This recipe is doubled i made a ton becuase it is so low in calories and extremely healthy hitting all food groups its perfect for dinner when i may have splerged earlier in the day. Ingredients

the ingredinet above have gram sizes and all that its more simple than that for the onions through 2 onions that you like 2 red bell peppers or peppers you like i like to add a hot pepper or so, 4 small swwet potatos. The tomatoes you can use 2-15oz crushed tomatoes, just 2 can 15 oz Garbanzo beans
Directions
1. Heat 1 cup water and soy sauce in xlarge pot
2.add onions and sweet potatoes. cook about 5 min over high heat, stir occasionally.
3. add carrot, celery and pepper. cover and cook 3 min
4. add shrimp cook until white about 5 min
5. stir in tomatoes, stock, and beans
6. blend peanut butter with 2/3 cup water and curry powder
7. stir Mix well. Cover and simmer for 10 min. serve in 1 cup servings believe me 1 cup is filling
