Ingredients

Butter - Cant believe its not butter Fat Free, - .5 cup/approx 8 tbsp
Quaker Oats 100% Natural Whole Grain oatmeal, 3 cup
    Cocoa Powder Nestle, 3 tbsp
    Milk, 1%, .5 cup
    Granulated Sugar - .5 cup
Sugar Subsitute - Sugar Twin Granulated Brown - .5 cup
    Cadburys Mini Eggs, 35 eggs
    Vanilla Essence - 1 tsp

Directions

Into a medium saucepan on medium heat combine the milk, sugar, sugar subsitute, cocoa powder and butter (I perfer the I cna't believe its not butter fat free - less cals and fat). Stir as you heat to remove all the lumps, as it begins to boil remove spoon and wait approx 90 seconds. After boiling for 90 seconds add in the vanialla essence, stir around then add the oats. Kepp stiring until all the oats are covered. Then onto a wax covered tray spoon the oat mixture with a teaspoon. Make into small lumps. After spooning out all the mixture (approx 25 small mounds) add 1 Cadbury egg into the middle. Put in the fridge for approximately 1 hour. THis is a great treat for the kids, I recommend using Cadburys chocolate eggs which are available also at Christmas in Red , Green and White or in the Easter time in pastel shades. You could subsitute these with any small egg candy that you child likes or leave them of to save approx 13 calories per cookie. However I find its worth the additional calories and they look more pleasing to my 4 year old daughter!
