Introduction

Ingredients

1 pound lean ground turkey, 8 grams of fat
1 6 oz can tomato paste
6 oz water
2 tbsp each paprika, ground cumin, chili powder, frenchs worcestershire sauce
1 tsp nu salt
1 large onion, minced in a food processor
3 large cloves garlic minced with onion
Directions
Preheat saucepan on med. heat. Add 2 tbsp of olive oil. Process onions and garlic in processor until minced fine and you have onion juice.
Add this to the sauce pan and cook about 1 minute. Add ground turkey and cook about five minutes. Breaking up with potato masher and the meat cooks and is no longer pink.
Add tomato paste and 1 can of water. With wire whisk, whisk the the mixture together until well blended. Mixture will be light red. Add all the seasonings and worcestershire sauce. Add more or less for personal preference.
Let chili simmer for about 30-45 minutes to let flavors blend.
Makes 48 2 tbsp servings for hot dogs.
