Ingredients

    3 cans whole or dice tomatos
    1 can red kidney beans
    1 can rotel
    1 lb hamburger meat, browned/drained
    1 onion, diced
    garlic clove
    1 teaspoon cumin
    1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
    2 teaspoons chili powder
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste


Directions

brown hamburger meat. combine all ingredients in slow cooker for 4-6 hours. serve with cheese sprinkled on top.

Serving Size: makes 12- 1 cup servings
