Ingredients

    150g Plain Flour
    2 tsp Baking Powder
    3 tbsp Skimmed milk
    200g Strawberry Jam

Directions

Mix flour and baking powder together then add milk and enough cold water, a little at a time, to bring the pastry together.
When fully combined roll out on a well floured surface and cut into 12 10cm rounds.
Press lightly into a muffin tin.
Place a tsp of jam in each one and bake for aprox 15 mins at 200 deg. until the jam is bubbling.
Remove from oven and leave to cool in the tin.
This pastry does shrink more than you would expect so be careful not to put to much jam in !!
