Ingredients

    1 can water packed tuna, drained
    1/4 cup plain greek yogurt
    1/4 small red onion, diced
    1 stalk celery, diced
    1 large tomato

Directions

Slice the top of the tomato and scoop out the inside. Chop and add to a small bowl with the tuna, yogurt, onion and celery. Mix and season with salt and pepper. Spoon the tuna salad back into the tomato. Chill and serve.
