Ingredients

    masa flour for tamales=1/2 cup
    chicken broth= 1/4 cup (or veggie broth)
    sprinkle in adobo to your taste
    add garlic to your taste ( usually about 2-3 tsp minced)
    1 cup cut up onion- one small one
    shredded cheese- any flavor you want- about 1/2 cup
    (or you can use hummus instead of cheese, or soy cheese)

    add any veggies you want. (roasted red peppers, brocolli, spinach, ......)



Directions

mix all together in a food processor and put in a baking dish covered with foil.
cook at 350 for approx 35 mins.

can serve it with rice and re-fried beans!!
