Ingredients

    1 pound Ground Turkey
    1 onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic, minced
    14 oz pinto beans (no sodium added), drained
    28 oz diced tomatoes (no sodium added)
    1 tsp oregano
    1/2 tsp cumin
    1/2 black pepper, freshly ground
    1/2 tsp cayenne pepper

Directions

1. Brown ground beef in non-stick dutch oven or large pot along with onion and garlic over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain off any excess oil.

2. Add spices and beans. Stir together for 1 minute.

3. Add tomatoes and bring to boil. Lower heat and simmer on low for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
