Ingredients
-
Cauliflower 1 head
2 packages cream cheese
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1/2 cup butter
Chop cauliflower into small pieces. Boil until fork tender. You can mash the cauliflower with a potatomasher. I like to force the cauliflower through a sieve to active a finer consistency. Blend in all indrediants with a mixer. Blend on high for two minutes. Pour mixture into crockpot and cook on high for three hours. Stirring every thirty minutes. If it starts to brown turn down to low. If it thickens too much add more cream.
The longer cooking process breaks down the cauliflower into a very smooth consistency ;) Enjoy!
